Sleeve resection is a circumcision technique meant for older children and adults. Outer and inner (mucosal) incisions are marked and incised (steps 1-3), the residual sleeve of tissue is removed (4-6), hemostasis achieved (7), and the margins of the remaining skin are closed (8-9).
