This series illustrates the essential steps in the Ross-Konno heart procedure, performed on infants born with a severely narrowed aortic valve and proximal aorta. In the Ross-Konno, the patient’s aortic valve root is replaced with their own pulmonary valve, and the pulmonary valve is replaced with a donor valve.
